ALTE --> BRUE?

Has anybody seen this in their protocols? CT just updated the protocols to reference the "new" term, Brief Resolved Unexplained Events.

Looks like BRUE is clearer as far as the critieria go, too.

It's not been in my protocols but I noticed the change in various texts.

Our county switched it from ALTE to BRUE. Same difference TBCH, supportive care. If it was one call LACoFD saw fit to follow in on without fail it was ALTE’s, so I became quite comfortable with them years ago.

@VentMonkey Yeah, it hasn't really changed, I suppose - the only difference (maybe) is the specificity of the criteria?
