911 Work in Las Vegas

Does anyone have any info on 911 EMT services in Las Vegas, or is that all run by Clark Co FD.

From what I recall MedicWest does the ghetto and fire does the well to do areas. Basically fire gets to cherry pick. I can ask a friend that works there currently.
