FEMA processing request to send 50 ambulances, 100 personnel to North Carolina to help with COVID-19
Several jurisdictions have reported a large volume of calls that have left them short on ambulances.
The following North Carolina counties are receiving ambulance crews: Charlotte/MEDIC (5), Brunswick (2), Franklin (2), Graham (2), Guilford (2), Macon (2), New Hanover (4), Pender (2) and Robeson (3).
