The job description link says there is a residency requirement. Employment is conditional on living within the city limits, is that correct?

I use my 1xAAA flashlight quite a bit. The multi-tool I've used maybe twice to open an O2 bottle. The pocketknife is 100% useless and y'all have convinced me to leave it at home next shift.
