My first responder certificate expired July 2015.
But I finally passed my cognitive June 2017.
My question is do I have to take the whole emt course over again or can I just take a recertification online course or class?
when I contacted them the first thing I asked was "am I nationally Certified " the person on the phone told me I was not .
So I could pay the NREMT $70 that I don't have and go without gas in my car for a while ,just for proof that i'm not .

I'm looking at a few different sources on signs and symptoms. One site only focus on 40 terms like heat stroke, appendicitis etc. another site has about 60 terms. Then the textbook seems like it has over 100 terms ,thing like poison bites, hypothermia etc. which a lot of these have very similar...

The class was pretty much my instructor reading slides,no book. In summer 15.
My strategy was refresher course(slides), phone app(800 questions),60 page info and 150 question comprehensive booklet (cheap). More online questions.
As far as a learning disability not the best reader/retainer.
When applying for an exam , there comes a option to select Application level.
Do I select first responder or basic , if I'm trying to obtain my emt b ?
