Which term do you use and why. And now my question, Compensated does that mean that if I(17) Got into a car accident with severe injuries, i would be Compensated because of my age where if it was a 75 y/o they would be Un-Compensated?

Well i decided that i am going to start riding my bike, because running kills me...right now i have an oh so undesrible gut so what do i have to do to get started....I got as far as getting on the bike but how long should i ride for and so on.
Would you be able to make a special spot for new people that join when they introduce them selves so they dont have to do it in the Lounge? It would be like a special dedicated spot?
