There is no need for fire science classes to work as a medic there. He indeed wants medics with a passion for medicine, so if you are still interested maybe brush up on your interview skills and reapply sometime.

that was a while ago, vent. all medics are PERS/unlimited hours. even have a few FT PMs. my buddy works there and he says it's going to be a south pas/san marino type dept sooner than later... he hopes anyway. ha

ahh cool. besides the 407 it seems like a cool program. we had a ground leg (san juaquin) and hall picked us up right by your base.

The only reason i signed up was to get the discount on the FP-C exam. The Air Medical Journal in the mail every couple months is nice too.
