Students, just a word of advise, practice your bls skills before going to boards believe me, it will help in the long run! Today at boards 75% of the students failed their bls skill station which was KED. ALS skills are important, but the bls skills are important too!!!! Ok I've ranted enough.
A very near and dear friend was killed in a mva after getting off work. He was headed home and lost control of his vehicle and slamed drivers side into a tree. I've lost a friend and we have lost one of us.
Hello everyone, this is my 1st post, I have been in EMS for 25 yrs, the last 14 as a Paramedic. I work rural KY, no hospital in the county I work so transport times are from 25 min to 45 min. I get plenty of time to play or pray which ever works best and as anyone in EMS knows sometimes neuther...
