You can look at GW, as far as I know they are one of the only employers to utilize EMT-B's, but otherwise there is very little out there.

It's a tough job market in Mass. Like the poster above my said, no one will want to take a look at you until you have everything in hand. Some places will want you to have in addition to you EMT-B, a P/B certification. Get your NIMS/ICS classes out of the way now. PM me if you have any other...

It might. Definitely take a decongestant, and talk to the crew when you get there and let them know. Might help to bring along some tylenol, just in case it causes you some discomfort.
This is for an overseas assignment. They don't take new medics. The salary if you go across the border to Saudi Arabia is almost double. Hell some of the other places pay quite a bit more.
I guess I will apply at AMR. I do have more than three years, although just over three. I read the protocols for ground and was a little surprised, they are very limited to say in the least. Half the drugs I am used to carrying.
