I think that it will help to have more medical schools and spots available for med students. There is a medical school opening near me in 2014, so I think you might be right. I am not sure if it will make a big impact, but here's to hoping! :)

Well I have read this entire discussion and it has been enlightening for many reasons. First of all, I must qualify my comments by saying that I am an EMT (Basic) with exactly one year of experience & a former medical coder with 7 years of experience, so my opinions might change in the future...
