Does anyone have any experience with EMSTeam.net? They hire EMT and Paramedics for deployment to areas around the US.

Never heard of them and website is only up since this year (2021), so my assumption is they are new. I also am VERY reluctant to give any generic godaddy website full of stock photos any of my information. Any company which cannot list who the owner is, who the executives are, who anyone is affiliated with this company has zero confidence from me.
This is all stock photo, generic words, without divulging a single thing about the company. Yet, they are also happy to collect ALL of your info, including your direct deposit info which is needed to be on file in case you deploy.
My advice at this time is stay very, very far away until proven otherwise.
