I know St John has push bikes, I heard they might be getting segways. Anyways I love the police motorbikes we have in QLD I got pulled over by one becuase I had a car matching the description of car used in a robbery lol (black BMW) the police officer had a white dirt bike It looks so dodgy, I...
As I said they are quite popular in London, they provide a unique service
Also on the topic of Australia's ALS and BLS - in Australia you would mostly get BLS is at events where organisers have hired Cert IV Health Care or Advance First Aiders or in some rural areas where Volunteer...
I do think most USA ambulances are pretty bad looking, I know i'm generalising and some ambulances looking amazing, but most of them in see on the internet and on tv are ugly.
p.s. those ones posted above with wild cat and other animals on it are pretty darn cool
A little off topic, but yeah the belts are a single main cause for medical leave in the police force, so they are testing new vests, they did have the option of vests in the past but a lot of cops did not want to wear them becuase they kinda looked like oversized bra's

I would hate to have three jobs, right now I'm stuffed sitting in an office for 12 hours a day and only getting called out once or twice a day. Joking, I would love to do more but not much happens on a coal mine site in a day, the pay is great
Where I work your not allowed facial hair becuase the SCBA will not fit correctly and long hair is fine as long as it's safe when wearing scba, any sort of mask and when doing vertical rescue
I'm sure they have, they have most likely come up with this pattern idea becuase it's more appealing to the average american and provides ok high to ok visibility. When I think American Ambulance design it looks like the AMR Ambulance
I could see the plastic melting, but I have seen a photo of a Queensland Ambulance that was set alight and it's plastic bumper was the only thing not melted.
I know the McD's where I use to live only gave discounts to paid rescue, fire, ambos and police. Any ways I was there one night after doing some rescue training with the State Emergency Service, two paramedics were ahead of me in line, we started chatting about our day. Once we got to the end...
