Hey, try this:
Click on USER CP (blue tool bar on main screen)
On the lest side is a blue vertical column, find and select "Edit your details"
Scroll down to Custom User Title, enter yor new tag. It has to be fairly short.
DO NOT SELECT "RESET".
Scroll way down to the bottom and select "Save Changes"
That ought to do it!
