Hello! I am an AEMT in Ga, in the process of relocating back home (New Orleans). Heres my delima....im not too familliar with the whole relocation process or how I should go about inquiring if the companies I've applied for (and will be applying for) are participants. Also, If anyone can tell me if any of these companies are more amazing than others, that would be great!
Thanks!

Mediocre medicine, all about the dollar, disposable employees and ran-down equipment. Plus lots of ugly green koolaid

That's interesting because I know a few people that work at Acadian in LA and really enjoy it. One that's spent the vast majority of his 20+ year career there.

Are you referring to Acadian??

I am. Acadian in Louisiana is the biggest fish in a little pond, but is functionally identical to their Texas operation. Acadian Texas is a great dialysis or general transfer company, but merely passable at 911. Lowish pay, inconsistent schedules, archaic PTO policies and expensive benefits. Their local staffing does not well-meet their contract obligations in either the Houston or San Antonio markets. Their medical practice is reserved, dated and inadequate for rural patients. Their employee relations suck. 4/10, could do worse, but should do better

That's because they embrace and accept mediocrity.
