Any one ever worked for them. I'm thinking of goin g to texas and they seem like a good place. Any advise?

Send a pm to Fish. He works for them. I have a friend that works there, so I may be able to answer a couple questions. Fish would be your best resource though.

How hard is it to get cert. Fir texas pm cert.

Huh?

How long does the reciprocity process take is what I ment. Is it hard to get on wcems

The state typically takes 4-6 weeks to process your cert.

WilCo is very selective. If your knowledge base is only on par with registry, you won't have much of a chance. Their written is tough, I believe they have oral boards too, along with a scenario/megacode. It's certainly not the standard "Pulse & a patch" hiring process. I believe they hire twice a year.

They're a damn good agency and very far up my list of places to work.
The TX cert is rather easy to get. Do a background check, send them money and your registry card, and wait

WCEMS is a excellent service. They hire twice per year, in January/February and August. The new hiring class starts the academy on Monday (I'm in it!). Watch the website for applications to open up for the August class.

As far as difficulty, the testing is tough. It starts with an online personality/work ethic test, which is no big deal. Then you show up for the written exam, which is tough. Wilco prides itself on medicine; you should have a thorough understanding of the pathophysiology behind medical problems we see in the field. Those who pass the written move on to scenario testing. Pass that, and you go to interviews.

Study up and come test in August!
