Just one that's bugging me from my NREMT exam.
You have a 76 year old Male who you are transporting with a CC of Chest pain and a PT hx of heart problem. He spontaneously becomes apneic and pulseless.
I don't remember the first two possible answers, but the two best were...
A ) Attach AED and analyze heart rhythm
B ) Attach AED and begin CPR
Which one is correct and why in your opinion?
I found it tough because ultimately you are going to do both at one point or another and I figured that answer A) might be considered "prolonging administration of ventilation's"
