Hello I am looking to got Paramedic school soon. I am thinking about RCC's paramedic program in Moreno valley. Has Anybody been through it? Or does anybody reccomend a good paramedic school in southern California? Preferably near riverside? Need soon tips Thanks!

I know RCC used to run their EMT program pretty much like a fire academy (PT in the morning and uniform inspections). I don't know about their medic program.

Crafton has a good program. It is a little rough to get in but over good. I'm about 3 months into the program so far.

Nice! Yea I went to RCCs EMT program(: Im just wondering if its a good medic program! I really loved there EMT program. And I was really considering crafton! How do u like it so far?

I really like it so far. If you are considering going to Crafton look at all the entrance requirements to make sure you qualify and get the blood testing done.

Thanks will do.one more question What's the EMT experience requirement?

I went to RCC. It's a good program with some great instructors. if you can put up with the extra stuff(uniforms, community service hours, PT), it's pretty good, the program director is a very interesting guy. The interns I've precepted recently have been fairly solid, I feel like the base education isn't bad. They use the same book for assessment as the PA program. The uniforms are ridiculous(Class A's on Mondays), the PT is not an issue, it's a quick run, possibly followed by mild calisthenics, by the second semester, it degenerates into football or kickball before class. PM me if you want more info
