So Falck is buying out my company here in Florida, I was wondering if anyone else who they own can share any experience as far as how they treat their employee's I've heard it's good but I' thinking that's might just from the management trying to keep things calm. So I was wondering if anyone who works for any o the companies they own could share some first hand experience.

They bought out an old company I worked for. Nothing drastically changed.
They did have a little more money to buy equipment. I know they are now getting Propaq MDs for all the medic units.

I have a cousin who worked with Flack he said nothing bad about them.

They own Care Ambulance down here in Orange County, CALIFORNIA. Everybody loves Care here.

I'm curious what this means for American Ambulance of New England, the former General/Mercy/Response/Samaritan owned by the Florida based American.

They're also a part of the deal. Sorry it slipped my mind in the original post

They bought my company and all the equipment is top of the line and we always have brandnew ambulances too. No complaints here.

I work for AA as well and I'm curious if anyone who works for a Falck company was there when they purchased the company. If so how long did it take for them to start buying new equipment? Some of our ALS trucks are still using LifePak 10's so some new equipment would be nice.

Falk tried to buy the company I work for but it fell through... Apparently they wanted to lay people off and our owners weren't ok with that.
