Hello ems fam! Just looking to get some advice and tips on my first clinical rotation as a paramedic student! How should i act!? What are the dos and donts! Im not looking to piss off any nurses or docs, so lets hear it! Thanks guys!!

Seriously.... keep it simple. Eyes open, Mouth Shut, and Be Nosy but Nice. Be willing to help out. Also, before you start the shift, bring with you a list of procedures/skills/whatever that you need to work on to your preceptor so that everyone knows (including you) what you need to do. What's probably more important is that everyone knows what you're not allowed to do because otherwise you could get into trouble.

Yes, they're not medics but that doesn't mean you can't learn from them.
