We use the Nextels strictly to call hospital only, All of our protocols are off-line and there is no need to ever really use a Nextel other than to call the receiving facility. As for personal cells, why use your own when one is issued to you, We actually have clips for 1 radio and 1 nextel to be on belt at all times.
