what to do with the children

PD is what we did, it was in a small town, everyone knows, everyone. Took a little heat from waiting 20 minutes for PD to arrive, and not calling the number of neighbors who said that they would have come and watched the kids. Just wanted to see if we were missing any other options. To answer...

what to do with the children

So here you go, what would you do? You are dispatched to an unknown medical for a 42 yo female. You arrive to find a female, unresponsive, no signs of trauma, yada, yada, yada. Here is the fun part, this female runs an at home day care and there are six - 2 to 5 year olds running around...

What should we do to improve EMS

yes what little money is around in a small town can be better spent when there are people willing to do the job for free, not a pay check or credit or anything else, but to help our neighbors. We have all levels of training and all do it for free, from paying for the training our selves and...

What should we do to improve EMS

that is just sad for someone to think that way. There are many, and I would gather to guess the volunteer squads are the majority of providers, so I think that it is sad for someone to have that view point, I just hope that people do not have that same thought, and I also hope that it is not...

So I am working on the new master plan for new members. I am from a complete volunteer squad, no schedule just go if you can. Member retention and training is a key topic lately. O2 equipment help

So rather than reinventing the wheel I am guessing that someone here will have an answer for me. I have an over head O2 hookup in my rig. I love having it above the bed and that I am not tripping over it when doing tasks on a transport. The problem that we have is the O2 regualtor is a...

    whats the difference?

most parts of vermont do not have medics:wacko:, so that is not an option for me, i would love to, but in my area there are only 2 providers that due and jobs are very hard to get, you can not even take an emt level course unless you are affiliated with a rescue org.
