I have found the criminal conviction policy for the National Registry it states
  1. Applicants are not required to disclose any criminal conviction that has been expunged from the public record or a deferred adjudication that did not result in the entry of a conviction judgment.

However I cannot find the Criminal Conviction Policy for the State of North Carolina. I graduated EMT-Basic back in December 2013 however I was charged with a crime and received a differed prosecution so I never went to sit for my state exam. I am currently in the processes of having my criminal record completely expunged and it is thankfully looking promising. My question is if my criminal record is expunged will I be able to become certified as an EMT-Basic or a Paramedic when I graduate the class in the State of North Carolina? If anyone can provide a link to the specific policy that would be most appreciated!
