Hello, does anyone know how the interview process is like at falck in petaluma? From what HR told me, there a written test, skills, lift test, and interview

Do not worry about the skills test, it is VERY easy. The lift test however.... I recommend bringing another set of clothes and working out a lot before the interview.

You just take a bp heart rate respiratory rate, to get extra points tell them quality and condition, gcs if you're fancy. Lift test is still easy but you'll break sweat. Can't remember the max weight but you're just lifting onto 3 or 4 different height platforms, has to be at least to your pelvis. Take your time and don't lift with your back.

They're a good company but still still growing so there are some growing pains but just do your job and you'll be fine.
IADs suck....just remember that when you get in the field

-.-
Well this is an old thread. Hopefully it helps some lurker out there.

Definitely helps me out. I got a call today and have an interview first thing tomorrow morning. Busy week, especially with paramedic didactic finals Friday.
