I'm looking for online CE, does anyone have any YouTube channels, websites, etc. in particular that they would recommend? Videos are my preferred way of leaning but I'm open to anything. FWIW I also plan on taking the FP-C eventually so anything that would be somewhat congruent with that would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'll get the ball rolling with a couple of mine.

IF you're thinking of the FP-C, this video series is one of hte best tools I found for that.
Remember though, for NREMT and some states you're limited on how much distance CE you can submit for recert.

Upon review the phrasing of my title is a bit misleading.

I'm not looking for 'formal' CE for the purpose of keeping a cert active, my employer covers that. I'm just looking for material to go over in my personal time. Sorry for the confusion.

For anyone looking for online education that is accepted by NREMT, look into http://www.distanceCME.com (link is work/family safe). It is completely online however it is lead by a live instructor and prescheduled. Because the instruction is given live, it is accepted by NREMT as live in person training. I've now taken two refreshers through them, one of them being an approved transition course from NREMT-P to NRP.

I am not affiliated with DistanceCME in any way, in case you were wondering.
